Discount Tire

Got into a bit of a pickle today, and had a flat that Costco wouldn’t replace. By the time Costco told me though, it was 4pm, and most places were closing and not taking new repairs. Out of every option I tried, this shop was the closest place that was willing to help. Jason said to come on in, and I’d get a new tire same day, and sure enough the staff here made that a reality. I would highly recommend going here for all your tire needs, as they are willing to go above and beyond what everyone else can do to help. I can’t remember the name of the person behind the counter who helped me, but he was just as helpful as well. Honestly floored at how good an experience I had at this location, and I will be coming back.

I had an “interesting” experience buying new wheels from Discount Tire. Their website showed the wheels as in stock, but after ordering I was told they weren’t available, turning a simple purchase into a drawn-out process. Once at the store, there was also miscommunication about my order, and it felt like no one was on the same page. I’d still recommend Discount Tire for tires—they’ve always done a good job with installation and service (they were very efficient when it came to servicing my vehicle) But for specific wheels, I’d look elsewhere. In my experience, the online inventory was inaccurate, communication was disorganized among staff, and the initial process was more burdensome than necessary.

Was my first experience at Discount Tire, and I did not realize they are one of the nations largest tire stores. Chris was super knowledgeable in helping me decide on replacing my OEM tires. Very clean store and everyone was clean cut, that gave me confidence my tires would be installed by a properly trained car guy. I was in and out of the store and under 45 minutes. Fresh shoes for my ride, looking great and riding smoootth. I will definitely back. Thanks guys!

Amazing team, highly recommended. Chris & Nico - Highly trained professionals, would just recommend going to them, they help the customers with compassion. Car tires were installed in an instant. Their honest opinions and recommendations were highly appreciated. Despite of being Costco members, we would definitely go this Discount Tire again and again. Do not think twice, just go there for any wheel or tire needs. Thank you again for the wonderful experience 🙏

THIS is the place you will want to go to get your new tires! I had never been to a Discount tire store before and to be honest I had low expectations, but boy was I wrong. These guys are fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. … and not to mention their price was significantly cheaper than other competitors. I have serviced two vehicles here in the last month including my Dodge Viper and I will never go anywhere else for tires ever again. Big thanks to the manager, Niko, as well as George, Chris, Justin and the rest of the staff! Old school customer service that’s very hard to find these days.
